This file exists for one reason: To remind you that RobOS does not do the work for you.
There are no packages here. There are no binaries. There is no dependency solver.
Only you. A shell. And wget.
If you want something:

-download it manually,
-extract it manually,
-fix the dependencies manually,
-pray manually.

RobOS is not user-friendly. RobOS is not beginner-friendly. RobOS is pain-friendly.
